- 1 med. orange
- 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Dash salt
- 1/4 c. tiny bow tie pasta, cooked & drained
- 2 med. apples, cored and chopped
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions
Finely shred enough orange peel to make 1/2 tsp; set aside. Remove the remaining peel from orange and section orange over a bowl to catch juice. Measure 2 tbsp of the juice. In med. mixing bowl, stir together orange peel, 2 tbsp juice, yogurt, sugar and salt. Mix well; add cooked pasta, chopped apples and slice green onions; toss to coat. Gently stir in the orange sections. Cover and chill fro 2 to 24 hours. The nice pasta salad recipe of fruit is ready for 6 servings....amazing taste of salad !
