Fruit & Pasta Salad Recipe

FRUIT PASTA SALAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
  • 1 med. orange
  • 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Dash salt
  • 1/4 c. tiny bow tie pasta, cooked & drained
  • 2 med. apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions
INSTRUCTIONS
Finely shred enough orange peel to make 1/2 tsp; set aside. Remove the remaining peel from orange and section orange over a bowl to catch juice. Measure 2 tbsp of the juice. In med. mixing bowl, stir together orange peel, 2 tbsp juice, yogurt, sugar and salt. Mix well; add cooked pasta, chopped apples and slice green onions; toss to coat. Gently stir in the orange sections. Cover and chill fro 2 to 24 hours. The nice pasta salad is ready for 6 servings....amazing taste of pasta salad recipe !
