BROCCOLI BEAN AND BOWTIE PASTA SALAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 oz bowtie pasta cooked tender and drained
  • 11 oz can mandarin oranges; drained
  • 15 oz can garbanzo beans; drained and rinsed
  • 1 large bunch of fresh broccoli; washed, trimmed and chopped
  • 2 green onions; sliced thin
Dressing:
  • 1/4 c white vinegar
  • 1/4 c orange juice
  • 1 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
PASTA SALAD INSTRUCTIONS
In large salad bowl, toss cooled pasta with mandarin oranges and vegetables. In a shaker container combine ingredients for the dressing; shake to mix.
Pour dressing over the salad. The pasta salad recipe is ready to serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until serving time.

  • 1 lb. rotini cooked, chilled
  • 8 oz. sugar snap peas
  • 8 oz. matchstick carrots
  • 1 medium red pepper, diced
  • 1 medium green pepper, diced
  • 8 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 8 oz. Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz. chicken breast, cooked, diced, and chilled
  • 16 oz. citrus vinaigrette
PASTA SALAD INSTRUCTIONS
First of all Toss everything together and chill for several hours or overnight before serving. And then The pasta salad recipe is ready to serve...enjoy the salad !

Garden Pasta Salad with Basil Dressing

GARDEN PASTA SALAD RECIPE WITH BASIL DRESSING

Pasta Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup chopped green beans
  • 1/2 lb. pasta (bow tie, corkscrew or penne)
  • 2 cups thinly sliced yellow or green zucchini
  • 2 medium carrots, diagonally sliced
  • Half sweet red pepper, cut in thin strips
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions or chives
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried
Basil dressing:
  • 3 tbsp. wine or cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Pasta Salad Recipe Directions:
First of all In pot of boiling water, blanch beans for 3 minutes; drain and cool under cold water. And then In large pot of boiling water, cook pasta until tender but firm; drain and rinse well under cold water. Next Drain again and place in large salad bowl. And then Add beans, zucchini, carrots, red pepper, tomato, scallions or chives, olives and basil.Dressing: In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, water, basil, mustard, garlic and hot pepper flakes until well mixed. Pour over salad and toss to mix...great pasta salad is ready to serve..enjoy !

  • 1 lb. pasta, cooked & drained
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing or vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon Salad Supreme seasoning
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 1/2 red onions, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped

First of all combine all above ingredients into a very large bowl and marinate overnight. And then put a lid over your bowl. Serve cold...nice tasting pasta salad ! Enjoy it !

Broccoli Pasta Salad Recipe

Pasta Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 Envelope Good Season's Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1 Envelope Good Season's Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
  • Olive Oil and Vinegar to make the Salad Dressings
  • 25 Black Olives sliced
  • 1/2 Sweet Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 or 2 Ripe Tomatoes (if desired)
  • 1-2 Crowns of Broccoli (uncooked)
  • Approx.1/4 Red Onion
  • 1 lb Shaped Pasta

Pasta Salad Recipe Directions:
While Pasta is cooking, chop other ingredients into small chunks and make salad dressing according to directions on the package. When pasta is al dente, drain and run cold water over it. In a bowl large enough for all of the ingredients (including pasta), mix together the dressing and all vegetables. When pasta is cooled, add it to the vegetable mixture. Refridgerate for at least an hour before serving. The nice pasta salad is ready for starter's meal..great !

Greek Style Pasta Salad

Pasta Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1/4 lb. dried pasta, such as tubes, wagon-wheel or shell shaped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, sliced, then quartered
  • 1/2 cup California ripe olives, wedged
  • 4 oz. Feta cheese,crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Dressing:
  • 3-4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried mint
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
Pasta Salad Recipe Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Combine with the next 6 ingredients. Whisk together lemon juice and seasonings. Whisk in oil. Pour dressing on salad and toss gently to mix. Adjust
seasonings to taste. Note: Add more lemon juice if salad loses lemony-tartness upon standing. The nice pasta salad is ready ..enjoy !

* 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
* 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
* 2 cups cooked macaroni, cold
* 1/2 cup chopped celery
* 1 dill pickle, chopped
* 1/4 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
* mayonnaise
* salt and pepper
* mixed salad greens

Pasta Salad Recipe Instructions:
Mix together chopped eggs, ham, macaroni, celery, chopped pickle, and chopped olives. Stir in enough mayonnaise to moisten; season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on mixed salad greens. The Macaroni salad recipe is ready to serves 4 persons....nice ! Enjoy it !

* 2 cups cooked macaroni, drained, rinsed, cooled
* 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

* 2 teaspoons sugar
* 2 teaspoons vinegar

Combine all macaroni salad recipe ingredients, using about 1/3 cup of mayonnaise and stir well. Add a little more mayonnaise, if necessary. Taste and adjust seasonings. ORIENTAL CHICKEN PASTA SALAD

Pasta Salad Recipe INGREDIENTS
SALAD:
  • 3/4 lb. Fusilli pasta
  • 3/4 lb. chicken breast, cooked, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 lb. pea pods, sliced diagonally
  • 1 bunch scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
DRESSING:
  • 1 egg yolk, raw
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. Oriental sesame oil, brown
GARNISHES:
  • 1/4 c. mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c. fried wontons (wonton skins cut in 1/4 inch strips, quickly fried in hot oil)
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted (saute in hot pan without any oil, until browned)
Pasta Salad Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Boil pasta 10 to 12 minutes until firm but tender. Rinse, toss with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Add remaining "salad" ingredients and chill.
TO MAKE DRESSING: Place first 5 "dressing" ingredients in blender or food processor and mix thoroughly. With motor running slowly, add the oils. Dressing should be thick (like mayonnaise). Chill dressing. Have garnishes ready.
TO SERVE: Toss salad with dressing, top with garnishes.

  • 1 pound penne or medium pasta shells, cooked, drained, cooled
  • 1 large yellow or red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas, cooked
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup blanched sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fat-free milk

CHICKEN CAESAR PASTA SALAD RECIPE
A nice pasta salad recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 3-4 chopped boneless chicken breasts
  • Caesar or Italian Caesar salad dressing
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • handful of cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • pimientos (optional)
  • 4 cups Rotel pasta noodles
  • 1 tsp. olive or vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook chicken breasts until they are tender and chop into bite size pieces.Cook Rotel noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes or until tender in water with oil.
Steam broccoli florets (over stove or in microwave) until slightly tender (do not overcook!).
Cut tomatoes in halves and wash thoroughly.
Mix noodles, chicken breasts, broccoli and optional ingredients (pimentos and tomatoes). Drizzle salad dressing until pasta is slightly covered and stir salad until covered in dressing.

Serve either chilled or warm, accompanied by a bottle with extra dressing at table.
Leftovers will keep in refrigerator for up to 4 days or can be frozen for a month or two. The pasta salad recipe of chicken caesar is ready...enjoy it !

JULIE'S VEGETABLE PASTA SALAD

A nice pasta salad recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. tri-color rotini pasta
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchini squash
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow or orange bell pepper
  • 2 cans whole black olives (small olives, preferably)
  • 1 lb. broccoli florets (optional)
  • 1 bottle Bernsteins Cheese Fantastico salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
  • stick pepperoni, sliced (if desired)
  • black pepper
  • McCormick Salad Supreme (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS
Julienne (slice into long thin square strips) the zucchini squash, carrots and bell peppers.
Cook pasta, according to directions, al dente. Drain, rinse with cool water.
In the meantime, prepare all cut vegetables and place in a large bowl.
Add 8 oz. of bottled dressing to pasta and gently mix to combine. Add 8 oz. of bottle dressing to vegetable mix and gently mix to combine. Add pepperoni to pasta if desired.
Combine vegetable mixture to pasta mixture and mix well.
Season with pepper, Salad Supreme and Romano/Parmesan grated Cheese...

For best results, do not use pre-grated cheese. Use only freshly grated cheese..and the pasta salad recipe is ready to serve....!

SICILIAN PASTA PESTO SALAD









SICILIAN PASTA PESTO SALAD ...try this amazing pasta salad recipe ! A nice one ....

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. ziti, penne, or other pasta, cooked
Pesto Sauce:
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup walnut or pine nuts (optional)
  • 4-6 large cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3-4 anchovies, blended (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • dash of black pepper
  • salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Place the olive oil into a small saucepan add the garlic, red pepper, grated imported Parmesan cheese and herbs and spices.
Crush the anchovies into the oil until blended. Bring to a simmer for 1 minute and immediately remove from heat.Pour this mixture over cooked hot pasta, stir well, and serve with bruschetta.
Can also be served at room temperature. This great pasta salad recipe of pesto is ready to serve. Enjoy it !

Orzo Salad









Orzo Salad

Another great pasta salad recipe to try. Mint vinaigrette tossed with orzo, green beans, Kalamata olives, and tomato basil flavored feta cheese. Nice pasta salad !

Ingredients -
  • 6 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3/4 pound Orzo
  • 1/2 pound Green Beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Tomato Basil Feta Cheese
Preparation:

1. Add extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, mint, oregano, salt and pepper to small bowl.
2. Whisk until well blended.
3. Cook orzo according to package instructions. Add green beans to orzo during last 5 minutes of cooking.
4. Drain orzo and beans in colander.
5. Add orzo and green beans to large serving bowl.
6. Toss pasta with Kalamata olives and dressing.
7. Fold in tomato basil Feta cheese.
8. Serve immediately or chill until ready to use.

Black Bean Pasta Salad

Try this nice pasta salad recipe of the South border style black bean salad. Consist of Penne or rigatoni pasta mixed with black beans, cheddar cheese, green onion, salsa, onion, avocado, green pepper, and seasoned with salt and pepper.... a nice pasta salad !

Ingredients -
  • 8 ounces Rigatoni or Penne Pasta, cooked, drained and rinsed in cold water
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar Salsa
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped Green Pepper
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 Fresh Avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Preparation:
1. Add pasta, salsa, black beans, cheddar cheese, green pepper, onion, and avocado to large serving bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving.
