Tuna and Pasta Salad Recipe

Pasta Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • 5 cups of multi-colored Fusilli
  • 1 cup frozen vegetable meddly
  • 6 green onions
  • 4 cans tuna
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise*
  • 1/2 cup dressing for spinach salad (recipe follows)

SPINACH SALAD DRESSING
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1 TBS Dijon mustard
  • 5 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 5 TBS lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
Pasta Salad Recipe Instructions:
Cook Fusilli according to package direction, but omit salt in water. Three minutes before ready, add frozen vegetables to pasta. Cool under cold water immediately. Mix mayonaise and spinach salad dressing, add other ingredients to pasta, toss and serve. *Quantities of mayo per salad dressing are approximate. Mix to desired consistency. The great pasta salad is ready to serve..great taste !

Greek Style Pasta Salad








Greek Style Pasta Salad

Pasta Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1/4 lb. dried pasta, such as tubes, wagon-wheel or shell shaped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, sliced, then quartered
  • 1/2 cup California ripe olives, wedged
  • 4 oz. Feta cheese,crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Dressing:
  • 3-4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried mint
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
Pasta Salad Recipe Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Combine with the next 6 ingredients. Whisk together lemon juice and seasonings. Whisk in oil. Pour dressing on salad and toss gently to mix. Adjust
seasonings to taste. Note: Add more lemon juice if salad loses lemony-tartness upon standing. The nice pasta salad is ready ..enjoy !
