ITALIAN PASTA SALAD RECIPE


Pasta Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • multi colored spiral pasta,
  • one small red onion,
  • one red bell pepper,
  • one yellow bell pepper,
  • one green bell pepper,
  • one large can of pitted black olives,
  • one large bottle italian salad dressing,
  • 3 to 4 roman tomatoes

Pasta Salad Recipe Instructions:
follow package directions to cook pasta cill, chop onions bell peppers, and tomatoes, drain black olives, mix all ingredance in large bowl and add dressing until well coated...the pasta salad is ready to serve..enjoy it !

COLD CHICKEN PASTA SALAD RECIPE


PASTA SALAD RECIPE INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 pkg. 8 oz. rotelle pasta
  • 3 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 c. diced zucchini
  • 3/4 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tbsp. dried basil
  • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 c. diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
Pasta Salad Recipe Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Add chicken, zucchini, tomatoes and celery. Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until well mixed. Chill the dressing 1 hour before adding to salad. Toss salad, coating well. Makes about 10 cups...great pasta salad ! Enjoy it !

Pasta Salad Recipe Ingredients:

* 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
* 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
* 2 cups cooked macaroni, cold
* 1/2 cup chopped celery
* 1 dill pickle, chopped
* 1/4 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
* mayonnaise
* salt and pepper
* mixed salad greens

Pasta Salad Recipe Instructions:
Mix together chopped eggs, ham, macaroni, celery, chopped pickle, and chopped olives. Stir in enough mayonnaise to moisten; season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on mixed salad greens. The Macaroni salad recipe is ready to serves 4 persons....nice ! Enjoy it !

Pasta Salad Recipe Ingredients:

* 2 cups cooked macaroni, drained, rinsed, cooled
* 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
* 1/4 cup chopped celery
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
* 2 teaspoons sugar
* 2 teaspoons vinegar
* 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
* 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
* pepper, to taste

Pasta Salad Recipe Instructions:
Combine all macaroni salad recipe ingredients, using about 1/3 cup of mayonnaise and stir well. Add a little more mayonnaise, if necessary. Taste and adjust seasonings. Cover and chill for several hours before serving. The pasta salad recipe is ready to make about 4 servings of macaroni salad....enjoy it !

Greek Pasta Salad Recipe

Pasta Salad Recipe Ingredients :
* 12 oz. dried mostaccioli or penne (about 4 cups uncooked)
* 2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
* 1 medium cucumber, halved lengthwise and sliced
* 4 green onions, sliced
* 1/3 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* 1/2 cup lemon juice
* 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh basil or 2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
* 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh oregano or 2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
* 1 Tbsp. anchovy paste (optional)
* 4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
* 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (4 oz.)
* Fresh oregano leaves

Pasta Salad Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain in a colander. Rinse with cold water; drain again.
2. In a large bowl toss together the cooked pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, and olives.
3. In a screw-top jar combine the olive oil, lemon juice, basil, the 2 tablespoons oregano, anchovy paste (if using), garlic, salt, and pepper. Cover and shake well. Drizzle over past mixture; toss to coat.
4. Cover and chill in refrigerator for as least 2 hours or up to 24 hours. To serve, add feta cheese; toss. Sprinkle fresh oregano leaves. Makes 12 to 16 side-dish servings.

ORIENTAL CHICKEN PASTA SALAD
....try this nice pasta salad recipe...!

Pasta Salad Recipe INGREDIENTS
SALAD:
  • 3/4 lb. Fusilli pasta
  • 3/4 lb. chicken breast, cooked, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 lb. pea pods, sliced diagonally
  • 1 bunch scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
DRESSING:
  • 1 egg yolk, raw
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. Oriental sesame oil, brown
GARNISHES:
  • 1/4 c. mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c. fried wontons (wonton skins cut in 1/4 inch strips, quickly fried in hot oil)
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted (saute in hot pan without any oil, until browned)
Pasta Salad Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Boil pasta 10 to 12 minutes until firm but tender. Rinse, toss with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Add remaining "salad" ingredients and chill.
TO MAKE DRESSING: Place first 5 "dressing" ingredients in blender or food processor and mix thoroughly. With motor running slowly, add the oils. Dressing should be thick (like mayonnaise). Chill dressing. Have garnishes ready.
TO SERVE: Toss salad with dressing, top with garnishes.
