ORIENTAL CHICKEN PASTA SALAD
....try this nice pasta salad recipe...!

Pasta Salad Recipe INGREDIENTS
SALAD:
  • 3/4 lb. Fusilli pasta
  • 3/4 lb. chicken breast, cooked, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 lb. pea pods, sliced diagonally
  • 1 bunch scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
DRESSING:
  • 1 egg yolk, raw
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. Oriental sesame oil, brown
GARNISHES:
  • 1/4 c. mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c. fried wontons (wonton skins cut in 1/4 inch strips, quickly fried in hot oil)
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted (saute in hot pan without any oil, until browned)
Pasta Salad Recipe INSTRUCTIONS
Boil pasta 10 to 12 minutes until firm but tender. Rinse, toss with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Add remaining "salad" ingredients and chill.
TO MAKE DRESSING: Place first 5 "dressing" ingredients in blender or food processor and mix thoroughly. With motor running slowly, add the oils. Dressing should be thick (like mayonnaise). Chill dressing. Have garnishes ready.
TO SERVE: Toss salad with dressing, top with garnishes.

  • 1 box vegetable rotini or fusili
  • 1 can summer sweet kernel corn (drained)
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup graded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion (or to taste)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • **creamy Caesar, creamy Italian can be substituted
  • optional sliced black olives

Pasta Salad Recipe INSTRUCTIONS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb box bow-tie pasta
  • 1 jar Ken's Steak House Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 1 pkg cherry tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS
Boil pasta according to package directions; drain. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to pasta. Stir in dressing, mix well. Chill before serving. The Asian pasta salad recipe is ready to serve...great !

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound penne or medium pasta shells, cooked, drained, cooled
  • 1 large yellow or red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas, cooked
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup blanched sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful*
  • 2 teaspoons drained green peppercorns, crushed (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine pasta, bell pepper, peas, green onions, snap peas and carrots in salad bowl. Blend mayonnaise vinegar, milk, parsley, Equal® and peppercorns, if desired.
Stir dressing into salad mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate, covered, 2 to 3 hours to allow flavors to blend. The pasta salad recipe is ready to make 10 servings. Great salad to taste !

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 ounces pasta, uncooked
  • 8 ounces crab surimi seafood chunks
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped peppers
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
DRESSING:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta according to package directions in large saucepan. Drain.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Stir together dressing ingredients. Toss with crab mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.Can be made a day ahead. The pasta salad recipe is ready to serve..enjoy it !

CHICKEN CAESAR PASTA SALAD RECIPE
A nice pasta salad recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 3-4 chopped boneless chicken breasts
  • Caesar or Italian Caesar salad dressing
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • handful of cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • pimientos (optional)
  • 4 cups Rotel pasta noodles
  • 1 tsp. olive or vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook chicken breasts until they are tender and chop into bite size pieces.Cook Rotel noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes or until tender in water with oil.
Steam broccoli florets (over stove or in microwave) until slightly tender (do not overcook!).
Cut tomatoes in halves and wash thoroughly.
Mix noodles, chicken breasts, broccoli and optional ingredients (pimentos and tomatoes). Drizzle salad dressing until pasta is slightly covered and stir salad until covered in dressing.

Serve either chilled or warm, accompanied by a bottle with extra dressing at table.
Leftovers will keep in refrigerator for up to 4 days or can be frozen for a month or two. The pasta salad recipe of chicken caesar is ready...enjoy it !

JULIE'S VEGETABLE PASTA SALAD

A nice pasta salad recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. tri-color rotini pasta
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchini squash
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow or orange bell pepper
  • 2 cans whole black olives (small olives, preferably)
  • 1 lb. broccoli florets (optional)
  • 1 bottle Bernsteins Cheese Fantastico salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
  • stick pepperoni, sliced (if desired)
  • black pepper
  • McCormick Salad Supreme (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS
Julienne (slice into long thin square strips) the zucchini squash, carrots and bell peppers.
Cook pasta, according to directions, al dente. Drain, rinse with cool water.
In the meantime, prepare all cut vegetables and place in a large bowl.
Add 8 oz. of bottled dressing to pasta and gently mix to combine. Add 8 oz. of bottle dressing to vegetable mix and gently mix to combine. Add pepperoni to pasta if desired.
Combine vegetable mixture to pasta mixture and mix well.
Season with pepper, Salad Supreme and Romano/Parmesan grated Cheese...

For best results, do not use pre-grated cheese. Use only freshly grated cheese..and the pasta salad recipe is ready to serve....!
